Biography: Born in Carlow, Emmet Bergin is well known as an actor working in Dublin. He was a member of The Abbey Theatre and the Irish Theatre Company, and appears in TV film and radio dramas. He is also a photographer and his work has been shown in the Gallery of Photography, The Boyle Arts Festival and in numerous exhibitions around the country.
The print in this collection is taken from the Images from the Garden exhibition shown in the Gallery of Photography in 1992 in the Wellington Quay location. This image was featured in the poster for the exhibition.
